I just read the newsletter. I'll admit it all clumped into one paragraph and hard to read.
I'm suggesting it should be in more than one paragraph so it's eaiser to read. And it will look nicer. Just a suggestion.

But we can save so much time if we removed the Carriage Return key (joke) LOL.
That was not meant to happen.
2 questions...
R U on hotmail ?
and
have you received a follow-up copy formatted correctly ?

I'm on gmail. And no, I haven't received a follow-up. Maybe you can send a newsletter to my Yahoo account?

It works! Most likely because of Gmail. The formatting was messed up with my Future Shop newsletters too.
I'll have to change my email address to my yahoo one. Thanks for helping me find and fix the problem.

we really need to solve these problems though instead of working around them.
The newsletter was formatted in HTML, so I resent it in the correct format. It should work, I know my copies did.

gd gd, we can't put all that work into a newsletter and then send it out looking bad.

Nope, not in the junk mail either.
I'll wait some more time, it has happened sometimes that emails to/from hotmail get some wicked delays... :?

I got the first version. I agree - very hard to read.
When's the new html'd version arriving?
Hmm. I can try to send again, I just don't want people to get mad.
I will wait till tomorrow morning and see if it arrives.

That sounds appropriate.
Unless there is a method of testing with a smaller group beforehand.
I'll post the newsletter in the forum anyway.
