To help debug the invalid issue, I've started a set of new runs (and won't be generating any more work for the old runs - however you'll still get credit for your tasks in progress). Please let me know if any of the work units for 'test_hg19_1000fa_4', 'test_hg19_100fa_4' or 'test_hg19_10fa_4' end up invalid.
