does anybody have a cheap effective chipset fan or combo that they like because my chipset fan is going and i am going to need a new one. if you have a good place to buy it that would be great too. the cheaper the better :D

where does everbody shop here. i prefer Mwave.com because it is really easy to use and the prices are good but the shipping sucks.

I use ebuyer.co.uk but I think there is an ebuyer.com for the US.

Definately the cheapest in the UK

I shop around Australian hardware vendors' prices on the internet. Then I get the best price I can.

AMDave: warning DON"T buy software from CitySoftware or ISWH (same company masquerading as two different enterprises). They debit your credit card first and then when they feel like it decide at their leisure when to send your goods. An email to their Sydney office is ignored as "We don't have access to e-mails sent to us if the order was placed on-line".

I was told to 'fan' the north bridge.
- that cost me 5$ canadian
- I also bought a heatsink set, x$

And that the next most important thing is the large chips around the cpu area; well, glue on heat sinks and have nearby airflow.
- I've touched them, they burn too.
- and even though I anti-static'ed myself, it reboot computer once.
