January 18 to January 22 - CRUNCHATHLON GPUGRID [MONTHLY RUN - RACE XXVII]
For the GPU heavies: Crunchers sans frontières have their monthly GPUGrid challenge. Used to be nVidia Double Precision CUDA only, but there's now an OpenCL CPU application too. And they have an AMD GPU application (https://www.gpugrid.net/apps)....for Windows only. This might be a chance to hire an Amazon Server plus GPU for a short while to see if it works, as they also cater big GPUs...

Don't forget to run this
Factorial Equinox Challenge - 22-27 September. Manual setup required and tasks take about a day to complete.

To take part, you have to activate the following lines in prpclient.ini:

server=FPS:100:1:prpnet.primegrid.com:12002

Remember you also need to run the "install", "update" and "start" batch file for the appropriate number of cores on your PC. Give it a go before the challenge to iron out any problems.
