Seems that the project is down -I can confirm that I can't reach any server of the project- and the University of Maryland reports that it is very unlikely that it will return.
Boincstats has retired the project (https://boincstats.com/en/forum/12/11672,1).

I recently ranted about how unstable this project was, I am so happy its over. I had hoped ot raise my score but even after a 4,000 pt rise I crashed my computer. Good Riddance
