This group gave a nice welcome to deeplife, so I'm taking a tirn as the newest self-recruited member. I saw an ad for the seti@home project on SpaceDaily.com, reminding me that I had alwas meant to join. While there, I learned about BOINC, and joined the einstein@home as well.

Looking around aon there at teams, I noticed the AMD efforts, and joined. I'm using
http://www.boincsynergy.com/stats/index.php?searchmember=&searchteam=AMD+Users
to track the two teams.

But thanks to empty_soul's reply to deeplife, I'm also using your stat page
http://www.stats.amdusers.com/amd_users_position.html
to track my teams, although I don't show yet.
Thanks!

you got a welcome to:
http://www.amdusers.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=1050&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=135

glad you picked us and like the stats. Ototero (our stats man) usually gets new people into them 1 day after they join so you should appear soon.

Hi SpikeAr,

I'll catch you in the stats tonight (UK) and you'll see your name "in flashing lights" tomorrow.

EDIT

Spike, I can't see you in the Einstein pages. Are you sure you joined AMD Users?

END EDIT

Ototero, Yes, but my 180pts are all pending ones.

spikeAr they need to become "real" points before they are counted not pending.
With projects like this the turnover is quick so this should be fairly soon.
