Does anyone know of any projects offerening some optimized cores for the opteron/64-bit that RUNS ON LINUX*?

only one that might benifit from the use of a opteron is Gimps not because it is 64bit but because it is optomized for sse2 but how about sob isn't it also.

Yes SOB is optimized to use sse2
