New client for Dnet

[NeoGen]

version 2.9011.496 of the distributed.net client for the x86 platform is available as of June 30. Participants running previous versions of x86 clients are encouraged to upgrade to this version as soon as possible: credit will stop being granted for results returned from RC5-72 work from x86 clients v2.9001.474 up to v2.9009.494 at some point in the future. The new version has 3 new RC5-72 cores, and an OGR core which is 30% faster.
