Either it is down or is out of work. I keep getting no work. I can't read the site to make heads or tails of it.

All the workunits contaning 10 dimension matrices has been sent out. As soon as all the 10 dimension WUs arrive back, we'll start processing the 11 dimension matrices. Much more work is about to come! We kindly ask everybody to run the current WUs of SZTAKI Desktop Grid with priority, casue we won't be able to provide the new WUs until all of the current WUs have arrived back.

Be patient, young Skywalker... :P

I shifted the 6 machines I had running Sztaki back to LHC so we should get a boost there. I am thinking it will be a couple weeks before new WU's roll out. :walk:

As the admins say running as "priority" until all done.

To answer the question, No, I am not getting any new Sztaki Wus yet.
In fact I have 4 BOINC projects that are spinning their wheels waiting for work atm. It seems that the 4.45 client is allowing much longer deferred communication times and the client is actually running out of work waiting for the next uplink.

According to the log, Seti is actually deferring without even polling the server!!! What a waste of resources.

I hope they fix the handshaking protocol before the v5.x client goes from Beta. It did the same thing too when I gave it a run a fortnight ago.

SZTAKI is back up again. Unfortunately, the new work batch doesn't seem to be out yet.

The deadline for returning the 400 WUs that are still out there is 07.31. sunday midnight. We'll start with 11 dimension on the 1st of August.

Get your boincs ready, next week we'll have sztaki work again! :)

Processing of the 11. dimension has been started officially. At the same time we've started to evaluate the results of the 10. dimension. Later on we'll provide detailed information of the results. The name of those, whose computer has found valuable informations will be featured on the hompage soon.

Let's go get'em! :)
