I found an old project that we participated in almost two years ago, called DES.
http://albin.abo.fi/~ernylund/des.html

In a course called Cryptography and Network Security we're trying to break an encryption algorithm called DES (short for Data Encryption Standard), by doing a brute force search of the complete keyspace until we find the right key.

The project finished a long time already. Here's the stats page, we finished in 5th out of 9 teams.

Ototero, could you add this one more to the retired projects? It complements our Team history! :)

Make that two old projects Ototero. I found us also on OGR24. :P

http://stats.distributed.net/team/tmsummary.php?project_id=24&team=28697

With only 7 members we managed to finish in 644th place out of 4,976 teams. :)

Yes, I'll get onto it today.

Thanks Ototero! :D

I'm still on the lookout for our participation on ECC2-109! There are lots of references to that project all over the net, but not one has a full stats table, or even a partial one that we appear in.

Could it be possible that someone is still crunching for our Team on Seti@Home Classic?

Check this out! We're sub-2000 already! :D

That means more work for us Ototero... When the project shuts down once and for all on the 15th, I'll get the final stats run and you update the values on the retired projects section, ok? :)

...and just for old times' sake, here's our team page at the Seti@Home classic site

What fond memories... :)

The deeper I dig, the more I find...

Ototero, our last points on Pirates@Home are wrong... we finished with 8,316 points. Check on Boinc Synergy:

bok has us at 8,332.
(the last snapshot I think was later than the BSyn stat)
...but who's counting ;)

The more, the better. :P

What shall I do about Seti Classic? I can't see who is crunching for us.

It's two days away from shutting down, so I guess we can wait those two days, check back on those sites I posted above to get the Team's final points and simply update our Seti values on the retired projects section.

I only ranked #62 on DES :(

No numibesi, you finished 59th along with 7 other people :)

People with same points got the same rank on that project.

If Seti is shutting in a day or so, I won't put it back in the stats. But of course, I'll update our final position :)
