I have an AMD 2600 at work which is on for around 9 hours per day, 5 or 6 times per week.

It connects to the net once each week just to get virus updates and critical windows updates.

I was wondering - if I install SOB on this PC, will it keep the work it does for a week and send it when it connects to the net? Will the work done still be credited. I thought I'd give it a go anyhow but if someone knows for sure that it wont work then please let me know.

yeah, this should work fine.

It will get a WU, process it (will probably take nearly a week to do anyway!) and then once complete will try to send it. Once it is online it will then send it and retrieve a new one.
the work will be credited the full amount.

- make sure to set "dont send intermittent blocks" or "wait until complete" whatever the tick box in options says. Or it will be trying to connect to the net every few minutes.
