I have been fighting for three days now on the einstein forums to convince them to create a 64-bit app. (http://einstein.phys.uwm.edu/forum_thread.php?id=3762) If any of you guys know of any other reasons why they should make one, or just want to add your 2 cents, or add more page views, then click that link. I think it is in favor of a 64-bit app right now. Since it would be a 5-15% increase, and a lot of our team has 64-bit processors, and its our most active project i thought it would really give us an edge if they did make one. So here is the link again. (http://einstein.phys.uwm.edu/forum_thread.php?id=3762)

Thanks,

I posted there and introduced one more variable in the game! :P

If the oldest 64bit processors already supported SSE2, then why not building a 64bit app that is optimized with SSE2? That would probably give it a nice boost! :)
