Windows version 4.87 released. Please abort any work units that are currently running later versions. This version was compiled with Visual Studio 2003.

Hey... I got Visual Studio too! I wonder if I could start compiling DC apps too.

Seriously now, I'm not running Ralph, but if anyone is and has those pre-4.87 workunits, you can abort them. :)

The v4.87 version WU's are nothing but Junk that they sent out. They were Canceled already before anybody ran them. .. :?

I had a failure rate of 70% - 80% for any that even completed. There's a post in the Forum to Abort any that show Canceled already in the WU ID in your Account under your Computers...

I still have some v4.86 WU's left and they are still giving out Credit for them so I'm going to run out what I have since there's nothing else to get right now anyway ...

Hey PoorBoy! Long time no see! :)

Thanks for that tip. I'm not really running Ralph, just browing the main page and top teams. I thought these 4.87 would be good, but looks like they were a failure then.
Oh well... it's an alpha project, so that's just what we're there for. Spotting the problems and alerting the project admins. :)

More updates:

Another Windows version update. There is likely going to be a number of Windows updates as we try to debug the application.

Correction Please abort work units on Windows machines that are currently running versions earlier than 4.87.

I got back from school and saw my 4.87 beta WU.
2:27:37 with 45.22% done.

The new v4.88 & v4.89 seem to be alright, I haven't had a failure or error on 1 yet ... I'm only running them on the 2 hour schedule though, so I don't know about running them any longer than that ...

I just received a ton of Ralph work units, this usually means something is fishy with Rosetta? Anyone else receive a huge group of work units?

I'm observing a very large ammount of Beta WUs being distributed in Rosetta. I don't think it's normal, they must be testing something...
