Members without points

Hi

In QMC@Home we have 20 participants and 17 have earned points and and 3 have no points.
Who is these? I think it is strange join a project and not run it.

sometimes these are failed accounts -

before now i have made an account e.g 17oB with my name including an _ (underscore) However when i try to actually use this it doesnt let me. So i have created an unusable account and then created another without the _ so i can enter my username and earn some points!

The other problem is if BOINC is incompatable with your computer, you can make the account online as a new user and as you come to install the software you may have problems.
