Ok everyone the problem is going to www.amduser.com go to amdusers.com instead

I borrowed a windows machine and now it does get the same error so it's not related to browser but something to do with nuke 7.0 and windows

ok it's fixed but you need to enable your browser of choice to allow popups from amdusers.com if your browser blocks them
