BBC Climate Prediction Experiment POLL

With the BBC CPE being reset and everyone having to start again, I've created a POLL to see what the general feeling of the team is like.

I am going to give them another chance, but if it fails again then I'll probably detach from the project!

It seems to me like the BBC CPDN project has gotten much more attention than the regular CPDN project. Isn't the original one supposed to be much more comprehensive and study world climate instead of just the European climate?

Yes, the main project is more general and globally oriented. These last two, BBC and Seasonal Attribution are kinda like side projects to study specific problems.

Keith75, the BBC CCE is a Global model and is apparently more comprehensive than the standard one as it is calculating on more parameters.

The model takes approximately 4-6 months to complete if run continually on a fast system whilst the original runs slab projects that are considerably shorter.
