Before the World Hockey Championship Sweden’s hockey team become the champion of the Olympian Hockey Championship. Now they have won the battle against Czech Republic by 4-0 and got the title Worlds best Hockey team. It is the first time ever as a hockey team has won both the OS and WCH. The same year .The Soviet Republic never won both the same year when they was as best years ago.
The final game: Sweden Vs Czech Republic 4-0
The Bronze game: Finland Vs Canada 5-0
Ice-hockey is for us Swedes the greatest games and most exiting together with Football. We have been battled against Canada and USA but they are no longer what they used to be. Many years ago they were strong teams and were hard to beat
