Target CPU Run Time? What's all this about?

I can guess it sets how long a WU runs for but do you get more points for running 1x3Hour or 3x1Hour WUs. Or do they add up to the same?

target run time - its how bigger WU you get, processing time wise

so if you have a powerful machine say 1 gig ram (it eats ram!) you would chose longer WU.

i believe all technically get the same per hour. So if you ran 1x8 hour or 8x1 hour you would get the same total credit.
