Actually i didnt make it, I found it elsewhere, but since their was no copyright or terms of usage rules, I decided to use it.
I've seen case badges like it too.I did make an attempt with Photoshop6, but I just couldnt get the layering down pat. I found some pics of some real cool lightning bolts, and wanted to put them in the background, but i just got tired of trying, maybe I will later. Im not into software... :-(

ok this one I added another layer, but not too sure about it yet..
Can i add attachments?

nobody can add attachments. I would like to get VB portal and vbulletin 3 but the problem is the forum costs money and the db is not convertable.
