Tanpaku now has 'Suspend and Resume"

The application for Windows has been updated to Ver. 5.04. The functions of "Suspend" and "Resume" have become available. (When the calculation is restarted, the values of "Progress" and "To completion" are reset. We will fix this problem in the future. )
