The Dimes clients were running into problem for the last couple of days.
The client was throwing an error saying it was unable to parse a download file due to formatting.
The problem is now fixed, but some of your clients may have stopped or may need to be restarted.
I have just restarted all of mine as a matter of course and all are working again.
