Client limit throttled to 10

"This is to notify DLV project participants that we have (unfortunately) been forced to re-implement a client limit to the project.

The maximum number of clients a user can now run is 10 clients."

I wonder if there weren't a few website administrators complaining of the excessive traffic that Red lib was generating... :P

This isn't a good way to run a project. The purpose of DCing is to harness all the computing power you can, not just 10 clients.
