The 8th bit difference has been eliminated, so the current Hashclach effort is over and was successful...looking through the projects forums it seems that the project is not over for good, it is just going to be a while until any new work is released.

Congrats to everyone in AMDU team we did really well despite being nudged out of the top ten in the last few days and the trickle of work units we experienced recently. When new work becomes available I am sure we will lauch ourselves into a top ten position.

In the meantime...off to RieselSieve to get 1st place back!!!:car3:

Blackheath was the only one from our team that found one of those bitdifferences! (number 5)

If they intend to continue then it's still an active project, altough with no work. Burp and others are in the same situation too. The retired projects section is for those that are really dead. (although sometimes some magically come to life again... like Pirates did :lol:)

Even our member AMD_USR_JL had a finger about this project. This evening I checked their report I discovered him in the category (Only useful).
He was one of 2 users when they cracked their 20th collicion earlier in that project.
