Kerleyone, do you have adobe flash player installed for your browser? It's the most likely reason I can think why it would not work for you. Are you running linux or Windows? Is your computer behind a firewall, or content filter? Could you try the link and see if it works on a different computer?
There's so many things that may be stopping it from running to you, it's complicated to pin one. Please give us some more details into your system, and what happens when you click on the link, or what do you see on the browser.
