I am too new to all this to have an answer but I would search on the Tampaku message board for similar situations in "bugs and problems" and if I could not find a similar problem I would post the problem. They seem pretty good at responding.

You might want to try uninstalling boinc and doing a reinstall

I think those workunits marked in red mean that they were delivered beyond the deadline. I don't know exactly what is the policy on Tanpaku, but some projects don't give credits if a WU is delivered too late.

they were nowhere the deadline, they were only reported a few hours after downloaded

I saw it in more detail now... they're being marked "Invalid"
Look at this one...

The reason why this is happening is beyond me... do you have your system overclocked or unstable?
Or maybe they have joined the bandwagon and are banning Boinc v5.5.0?

If the re-install don't do the trick you might try backing off the OC a little. If I ramp my 3500+'s up to much I start dropping wu's like that. Even then though it's only one in six or seven.

yeh it is overclocked, but is stable,
i supose i should revert back to the unoptimised client and see how that goes

Neo,
I just ran a few wu's with 5.5.0 and it was fine

Must be overclocking issues then...
Virus-X, sometimes overclocking issues don't generate bluescreens. They just tamper with calculations results. Have you tried torture testing with Prime95 after the overclocking?

ok ill try lowering it a bit then,
No i havent tried prime95 on it, would that show up any errors even though im not getting any BSOD's or crashes?

On mine it did... I don't get bluescreens more than once every few months.. but Prime95 gave me warnings of errors happening... usually when the processor reached beyond 50C...

The best way to thank me is... if someday you happen to see someone with the same problem, pass on the knowledge we passed on to you today. :)

My rig is OC'd and I run an optimized SS2 client - no issues this end.
