How slow Windows is to install:lol:

Installing a Vmware image on my main rig. (Unfortunaly I still need to use Word and Excel at time when Open Office's stuff doesn't cut the mustard)

And it's taken ages:icon_rolleyes:

And now I cant seem to get the bloody VM machine to accpet USB items.

I know you all know what I mean but I have forgotten how to get rid of it. If I make a cold start or reboot the computer there is a few programs such PI Segment and Red Library as always start automatically. I didn’t like it. I want to control it myself. I have open start then search and type in Systray but nothing happens. What is the name I will use when I will open the tool where I can unlock these programs? I have removed them from auto start but they continue run yet why I manually must shout these agents down.

All help is appriciated.:)

I use Mike Lin's Startup Control Panel click here (http://www.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml) Thanks Vaughan, I had a problem with Yahoo Messenger loading each and everytime and that program is a hog in memory, so it slowed down my system repeatedly. With the install I have total control of startup and MSCONFIG is not a good remedy and I don't like its results. Thanks Again.
