AMD´s computer never stop surprises me. My Athlon64, 3200+, 2.365 MHz overclocked (2200 MHz, FSB set from 204 to 215 MHz and 2365 MHz) runs a PI Segment WU within 33,15 minutes while my

Intel Core 2 Duo, 2,394 MHz overclocked (FSB set from 266 to 267 MHz and 2403 MHz takes 41,07 respectively 41,12 minutes. The AMD is a great machine and is doing well in every project I have run so far. I love this computer. It has the power so it can punch Bill Gates to the floor.:icon_biggrin:

I have overclocked my Intel for the first time and will see how it goes. It is a little step and I guess I can get more out of it but I don’t want to stress the CPU too much. There is not any difference in time compared to AMD.

Gatekeeper53 how fast is your AMD Dual Core? It should be interesting know if there is a large difference but I guess you have overclocked your computers? :icon_santa:

NVM you’re right. The cause I have an Intel is because I can run project as AMD is poorer on. eOn runs better on Intel than on AMD (one core) and out there is many project as fit Intel better. If I decide to run SOB it should not be a great problem either. But to be honest AMD stands nearest my hearth than Intel.:icon_santa:
