In the old days BillDo$ would shut Dell down by not leasing their OS to Dell. More than one vendor went belly-up by straying from Billy-G's flock.

Shipping it with Ubuntu installed in OEM mode would be quite nice. Not seen if ther distro's offer OEM installs...
