As we are finding out in Pi Segment, numbers really do matter. While we have a dozen or so heavy hitters, Team Blueberry PI has more members...and right now, they are showing us the door...but not without a fight.

This past week and a half , TBP has added 17 new members which has increased their daily totals by an additional 1364 uploads. We are currently 1179 uploads behind today. Without those 17 new members, we'd be increasing our lead.

Right now i´m trying to get the Swedish Cancersociety to join us and that´s is a lot of new members but i haven´t got an answer yet!

Someone needs to sit down, write a really good pulling advert for AMD Users that pulls on all our great strengths with graphics and fireworks and stuff like that. Then we need to go and post that advert on BOINC project forums, in appropriate sections, put amd users with hyperlink in signatures for forums/email, create graphical web banners for websites, etc.. etc..

You need to give people no doubt that AMD Users is the best and only team they should join.

There's some ideas to get you guys started.

I think he's right! We do need a marketing dept. Wellllllllllllllllll a recruiter would be nice. If anyones intrested I have a list of Yahoo groups that are AMD based. If someone were to go into there forums and invite them to just come have a look at us and ask questions it might stir up a few new members. I would but I on my way out the door again.
