I was going to post some pics of my new build progress, but I got carried away and finished the build without taking any :icon_rolleyes:

Anyway, here's my CPUZ

The OC software that comes with the board allows for a 1% increment increase overall, or you can specify clock, mult. etc

I tried a 5% and i got a BSOD within a few minutes @ 100% load. I think with stock cooler the CPU is just cooking.

What sort of car are you looking for? How about fitting the car out with a shuttle, then you can drive AND crunch?

lol, well for now I am carpooling with my boss, and he live a couple blocks away ... therefore, I could just walk to work and get a new computer.

however, the girlfriend can't figure out why I want to spend $500 for a new computer instead of getting a car ... the price of course! hello? lol

I am looking at Hyundai cars right now, they look pretty spiffy :)
I could get an '07 for less than $14,000 :sad5: that is a lot of computers!!!!!!!!!

I'd say go puters if you can walk to work. I had to buy a car when I totalled the last one because otherwise I wouldnt be able to get to school. Mind you, my car only cost 3000 euros (and its the fastest of the whole family lol)
