Well for $h*ts and grins, I just fired off a boinc linux instance on an old system running the Proteome client. Went nice and smooth. Will soon see how long it takes for it to crunch a unit, not that it really matters I guess. :)

So it appears that the only interface you get on this is via the WCG website, and that they aren't using a boinc web site per se, like the other boinc projects??? And also that no matter what "project" of their you run, it all just goes into an overall WCG points system?

Mainly this was an exercise in getting a system going to get ready for the "race" this next week. Will put some older systems on it.
