You know, at different times I have lived all over this blessed country of mine (USA), except for Alaska and Hawaii. I have seen or known rednecks in every state. I wonder, is this simply a phenomina of recent frontieer civilizations (last few hundred years or so) or do such people also exist in our older societies?

After spending a lifetime traveling around this planet a few times for Uncle Sugar, I am of the opinion that Rednecks are everywhere. They know no specific boundaries. Every country has them! They just have different names for them is all!
