If some1 could do multple backgrounds, I could came up with some script that allow you to switch colors...

But I think we should make another topic just for that - what you think?

I'll work on the graphics portion when I get home... Do we just want the same design in diffrent colors.... Cause that's easy..... Or do we want a whole new design???

i found the way to manipulate colors somehow in PS CS, but I don't understand it, so.. If you want to create such things, just do it (host files on imageshack.us (http://www.imageshack.us)) and create new topic and post them there, so I can download them!

if i can get my comp working properly ill have a go at doing something similar to the ones i made for the predictor stats, tho these are a different size.

My prob:
When booting and logging on i get ot the desktop but before my shortcuts, start bar etc load the screen goes black, then comes upp blue with the message "bad_pool_caller". It then does a physical memory dump to HD, i have searched this on google but found no working solutions yet. ATM i'm in safe mode, this isnt ideal and i wont be able to do ur graphics as resolution etc is shit and i cant change anything :(

Clear out all your start up programs. That happened to me once and I had a program on my computer that was starting up. It was a bad install.

Goto start, Run, msconfig.

In the startup tab clear out everything but explorer, and systray. Those are the only programs you need running.

Try that first before anything. That's what I had to do....

seems to have worked thx beerknurd. i had closed most of them down already but this time shut off the whole lot and its ok atm.

just wondering for the graphic on 17 what is the actual size you make the background at ??

EDIT ** another thing, sometime ago someone said about a similar program to task manager but better, more detail and showed more information that was easier to interprit. just wondering i think it was vaughan - what was the program called and is it free ?

The application is by Igor Arsenin and is called TaskInfo 2003. It now costs USD35. For more copies the scale is: USD 31 2-4 licenses, USD28 5-9, USD25 10-19 etc. There is a trial download on the site.
I purchased 1x copy ages ago (back in 2002 there was a free download that wasn't time-limited that I still have but I bought a license, you know trying to do the right thing etc. Boy was I screwed as the joker now charges like a wounded bull.) I still have the "free" version if anyone wants it PM me your e-mail addy. I install this on all my PCs. I haven't bought another copy since the first - I just use the free 2002 version.
