so far this project has been acting quite responsibly during the setup-phase
ie
* Invitation only during the 'smoke tests',
* forum working by the time account creation enabled,
* responses to forum posts
* stats being exported

There are four members in already, I joined the project but cannot join the team. The opportunity is closed for that option? I am out of luck for this team effort. I need to report this to the message boards.

I just ran a test and the links for joining are still there.
Recommend you clear your cookies & cache and failing that use a different browser.
Once you have logged in and viewed your account page,
go back to the main page
then in the "returning participants" section click on Teams
enter the team name, search, and the link should show up for you.

Send him an email and he'll send you the invite code. I found I had to attach to this project "the old way" ie from the project web-site not from within BOINC Manager. This allows you to enter the invitation code and all the other registration details required when joining a project.

good news on the Idiologias project site

The now current PhaseII is a run of 700,000 work units (with a quorum of two)
So this run will not be as short as the previous one, BUT (there is always a 'but') with more people being involved with more hosts online, the work will get completed at a faster rate.
So still get in quick if you want to get that 10K or more milestone.

hey fellas, check your WUs
You probably have a long running WU here and there, maybe even on all cores like I did.
Set no more work, abort the whole batch, then resume when the admin has finished fixing the queue

yes those long work units were a culprit I with drew from. I am now off the project till the fix happens!

Idologias@Home Update:
Account Creation is fully open.
The long WUs with the bad parameters have been flushed out
The project is already half way through the 700,000 work units of Phase II
There is no news of any subsequent phase (afaik)
So, if you want to get that 10K Milestone jump right in before it is all gone!

Ideologias@Home has been handing out work today but I couldn't see any news or discussion on the project's site. Server_status says Upload/Download Server is "Disabled".

Clearly it is not.

EDIT: Javier posted that some tasks are being re-calculated.

Hopefully he will fix that.

It is one of my 'Boks' for the moment, so I'll abstain for the time-being while a smash some other milestones that I have in my sights :D

tad bit premature.

server status is updating.
It was only open for a couple of hours and the u/l-d/l was then shut down again by the time we looked at it.
My link was to the server_status_detailed page which has not updated for a while.
