View Full Version : Lifemapper
If we put some CPUs on Lifemapper, anyone think we could have a shot at taking 10th?

Absolutely, it is doable.
At the moment the stomp alert says 162 days until rank 10, but with a couple of CPUs you could do it in a lot less.
I've got the hammer down on OGR at the moment (as you know LOL)
Would this be another suggestion for Boosted ?
DMMc is still wrangling to get his array back up after moving, so we'll have to wait a bt longer there.
Go on Stuart. since you're not in OGR yet, give Lifemapper a run for a rank.
I'll ask him about it. Does AMD or Intel do better on LM?

Chaz would be the nest one to answer that.
Maybe you and Ototero could compare performance and report back to the group on that one ?
I haven't seen Chaz around lately, I wonder if he is doing ok?

this looks like an alright project I'll run it until you recommend something else, i do what you say, my sole purpose is to share the beauty that is Intel with those less fortunate... enjoy

bill whats your 64 machine spec now, where you said you were getting a new mobo that was cause you upgraded you graphics card. - going form geforece 5200 to 6600 or 6800 (whichever you said) is a massive leap.
