Time for a separate forum thread for DHEP

Seeing as we have a team in DHEP and we are doing very well too, I figured it was time to start a separate forum thread for this project.

Are there any DHEP stats that are sorted in any way? The official stats make no sense to me.

I wish they were... I emailed DHEP but have not heard anything back... It's been over a week....

I just wish the stats were in order..... That way I could tell what place I was in without too much effort.....

its gd ototero - do you just read it in through Excel, sort into order needed and then upload - surely there is a way of reading stats in automatically every hour for example directly online.

were having another good run in DHEP to today, Vaughan is on the brink of getting in the top 20 - if you time your refresh well you can ocassionally get on :P.

we are mega out scoring team picard right now which is great, and also i managed to put 1 more Pc on so now have 4 there.

i dont know any better way than to:
time for 10 secs and write down the numbers,
or do 2 screen shots, gives youa bit more time and is more accurate.

i just do it in the normal java window - or are you running as a service. if you cant see anything dont worry, but if you have a java window there plz try.

Although our rate is still climbing, we need to more than double our output to achieve our target in the required timeframe.

Vaugh - just thinking -- looking on stu's DHEP production page i am getting 47 while you 9.8.
i have 4 machines on XP3200+, P4 1.5G, XP2200+ and gateway 433Mhz.

You have 1 XP 3200+ which outspecs all but one of mine, so if you times yours by 4 you should outproduce me, but only get 40.
Are you using the IBM java, as that could be the boost we need and put your stats up a lot - my speed doubled when i switched on my 3200.

I'm using Sun Standard Edition 1.4.2_05-b04
when I run DHEP but currently most machines are on 17 or Bust.

Vaughan you should update to IBM at some point increase was massive for me.

Bill how can you get such an output from 1 machine ??

your yesterdays total is equivilent to my 4 [and would beat jeff and stus if you were to have two - seeing as they have a few on each]. how are you running it, under IBM java as a dos box or as a service - i cant see that the difference wouuld be that great though.
