Program for loading photos

Hello guys!

I have to ask about photo managing program as you can download from Internet. Are there any as feels of a simple program especially for IE7?

I did to know there is program for XP

What I mean is a program as one simple can reduce to forum format of 800 pixel.

not sure about managing program.

i use hypersnap dx 3.63.01 for simple crop/resize

for batch conversion, i use irfanview

for wannabe photoshop stuff (including a more advanced crop/resize), i use paint.net. i'm not sure if xp supports .net 3.5, though.

none of these really do "photo managing," however ...

I remember you and I’m glad you did answer.
I do not know if I expressed myself correctly. I thought of a program that can shrink a photo to fit in 800 pixels which is the maximum resolution in the forum that I'm in. You can of course use Paint, for example, and shrink the photo where it is not always that it works. Either too little or very small photo when you get to start over. One must first make a copy just in case.
But I think you have read between the lines.
