New style for Boinc server
Over the past weeks Christian developed a prototype of a smarty template engine integration for BOINC. This will enable projects to change the appearance of their website without changing the php source code. Every template file can be overridden by projects, creating an individual look of their website. It's even possible to integrate another template engine easily.
