SETI & the Berkley BOINC sites are down.
There is some chat going around about a Berkely unplanned power outage.
The word is a mains power cable failure external to the campus.

As I write this it looks like they may be on the path to recovery as it appears to have been marked RESOLVED.
I now get a default apache page on the SETI site so maybe the clusters are coming back.
Wait and see I guess.
