ahead Nero 5 question

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask this question but here goes:
When I burn a backup CD using ahead Nero 5 under Windows XP Home it always makes the copied files capitalized. How do I stop it from doing this? (I want the capitalization to stay the same way I saved the files under eg Word XP or Excel XP etc). Also, it truncates the file names to 27 characters. How do I make it use long filenames?

I'm not sure either but I think that it has to do with the joliet settings, and relaxed ISO restrictions, and other things like that in the Compilation properties.
I can't tell for sure because I don't know very well what all those options mean.
