Chessbrain and D2OL

Can anyone tell me if D20L and Chessbrain can fell in love on my AMD64 or can it be any conflict?

I have tried search after a download link but not found this. Trough our stats page it isn't any homepage to click on.

I have found a homeside from where I download the agent. It seems as Chessbrain will affect the performance because D20L sometimes goes down to 50% and have done less WU’s than yesterday.
