Hej!

Tip to you if you got problems connecting Dimes using ZoneAlarm Pro. This is from my answer to Vaughan.

I can tell you I have tried and tried to manipulate ZoneAlarm Pro (New version 6.0.667.00) who I not should upgrade. Instead, Zone Alarm recommends a clean install. Dimes ran before the changes in ICMP-mode. Both UDP and ICMP were blocked after upgrade. After your PM, I checked Dimes Forum. There I got a tip about settings. The firewall should be set to medium. I have High as settings and I allowed outgoing ping (ICMP Echo) and other outgoing ICMP. After that, the Dimes worked but now in UDP-mode. Before upgrade of the firewall, I have ICMP as Traceroute destination. This is now changed to UDP in the Agents first window. I don’t need to allow port 53 for UDP. After change setting all works fine.

The Dimes is very easy to run and use a minimum of power. Jawaw.exe use 46 MB memory. You can run Dimes besides other project.
