Another day at the office
we've been working on building a restaurant and thought i'd share some of the pics. whats very unusual about this one? we had to build a boat first! we hired a fellow who actually builds real boats, and he did a great job on the main body of the boat, not to mention fitting all the bits and pieces we made in the shop. i autocadded the footprint of this project almost a year ago, and as i recall it was 64 feet long and a 24 foot beam. with the footprint, they poured a concrete plinth for the boat to sit on. the sides are just a plywood product with a smooth paint grade surface, and once that got put together they sent us measurements for the railings(awesome curves!),decking, the bar, seating areas, etc. gotta love jumping into a jacuzzi after dinner, lol(that sucker was hell to put into a trailer). btw, its in Cabo San Lucas,Mexico.
