Man what an awesome car (this was the 2005, new, version). The father of a friend of mine owns one (next month it will be replaced by a new Audi RS6). My friend and I went driving last weekend. Man that was a wild ride. Running 150+ km/h on small roads without a smooth surface and no traction or stability control on. Made me nauseous a few times :icon_lol: I drove it a few km as well and its heaven. Those paddles behind the wheel to shift are genius, though I sometimes tried to shift down with the high beam selector :icon_rolleyes: It runs so smooth and drives so solid it gives endless confidence. Before we headed home after 4 hours of twisties, we headed for the autobahn in Germany. Hit the limiter at 275 km/h and the way we got there is astonishing. In a snap you're over 200 and 270 is there just moments after you've realised that. I would like to be a passenger in a de-restricted one :icon_twisted:
That was a fun day and it surely convinced me that I need to find a way to finance it asap, because it satisfies all the needs I could ever have. Driving that car is like an orgasm.
