ototero do you have any other optimisatiosn to make or a way to force the IBM java to be used instead of whatever i am/was using.
At a command prompt, type java, that'll tell what version you are using.
If it's not ibm, then load it. If it's already loaded, go to control panel, select java icon (there might be 2) make sure each one is pointing to ibm.
Voila.
And I'm using the batch settings that were in the files you loaded.
k it wasnt even in control panel, in c: i have 3 versions of java:
j2re1.4.0_01
j2re1.4.0_04
j2re1.4.0_06
06 being the one i need loaded, but 1.4.0_01 appearing in control panel.
it is uninstalling as we speak, i will post progress as it happens and hopefully me speed increase
