I've got the commandline version running in two instances on my XP64 X2. On the second one though you need to go into the advanced to declare the second instance as CPU #2. It's been running great. And thank you for your contribution to the effort! :)

Don't know why but I've been having problems with my workunits... none reaches the end.
I've had some three wu's already that all stopped with "Folding@home Core Shutdown: EARLY_UNIT_END"

You need to check the other part of the EUE message to determine the type of EUE you are getting to see if it is really a problem on your end or not

I'm begining to remember why I quit crunching f@h now. Too many instances of just plain wierd stuff, and too much time invested in work units to have themfarting off towards the end. this on good machines that stress check okay, no overclocking, and crunch other stuff without problems.

Yep you're right, different machine id's for each core or processor!
But make sure you run a seperate copy of the app and from different directories.

bh has it right. Don't forget to use the "-local" flags to make sure the clients stick to their own settings and folders. Now all I need is the hardware to build my own FC5-LTSP-openMosix cluster.

As for me doing the stats for you, I'm afraid I dont have home internet access until the 4th August at least so wont be able to do them until then. :cry:
Windows CLI is the best way of doing thinks.
EUE's maybe because your running advmethods. Try turning the advmethods flag off. (easily set in beta 5.04 client...)
EUE's give you a percentage of the final points you would have got...(ie EUE at 78% progress of a 200 point WU would give you 156 points (ie 78% of 200)
Best way of running on a dual processor on linux is to use flinstall to get it sorted. a wlakthrough to that is on the WIKI.

EDIT:
If you look in the folding log, it might say benchmarks...the clinet does in no way use the benchmarks to say how long it takes to complete a unit.
Third party programs use an average to give an estimate. (with FAHMon you can tell it how many steps to average it over...default is 3 or 5 IIRC)
