Yesterday it seemed to be cut off, but today it loads just fine. :)
I spent 2 hours today creating the stats. The problem was pi-segment which was hanging the retrieval process.
I know it's not pi-segment's problem, but I've had to ignore the stats coming from them for the sake of my sanity.
Normal service will be resumed. One day :)
Don't worry Ototero we are still 1st in Pi Segment and will be for the short run no matter what. ( We have about double the second place teams score) 37,500 to 21,000 at one point per wu it should take them awhile. Not to mention that we are still out produceing them on a daily basis. Although not by much at the present time.
What a fiasco. After 4 hours of trying to read the boink stats, I killed my spreadsheet because it wouldn't timeout. There is a boink site out there that refuses to timeout. I could visit each site manually but I'm buggered if I'm going to...)
Grid.Org has taken 4.5 hours (and counting) to refresh its stats, so I've given up on that as well (at least that site tells me!).
Conclusion, there are no individual Boinc stats today.
I'm hopping mad. :icon_mad::icon_mad::icon_mad: Let's try again tomorrow.
If it's Pi Segment that's causing the problem don't worry because we will be in 1st place for at least the next 60 days no matter what. As to individual 1st place there are only 6 people within 10,000 points (5,000 cpu hours) of me and 2 of those are on our team so I don't think we have any worries about the team keeping 1st place.
No, it wasn't Pi, it's a boinky site, blurrgghhhh.
disclaimer - yes. I did just dig up a 9 year old thread. It's an awesome thread.
Hi ototero! Hope all is well.
I noticed that while vaughan and I are gradually putting in a team pass on WEP-M2, the AMD Users stats page is still looking atthe old WEP-M site that is no longer there.
If you still have the inclination you can have a crack at changing the data source to the WEP-M2 site.

BTW - I am still telling people about the software in use for this and they still can't grasp it. Hahaha.
It sure is awesome. It starts in 2004 and, till you digged it up, went on into 2007 over some 47 pages! About each and every then active member has contributed, at some time.
Wish we had such acivity nowadays....
That's true - we haven't heard from many of our previous AMD Users for a long time.
@AMDave - I could put the Linux Xeons on WEP-M to expedite the overtake if you like?
I can't look at these old threads... just browsing through and reading my own posts sometimes makes me think "I was so dumb back then!" :icon_lol: :icon_lol:
Kind of like when you look at old pictures from a few decades ago and you start looking at the clothes you wore back then... :icon_lol:
