Lebo, this BIOS setup should get you to 3.01Ghz, I show the F10 BIOS that I have in my DQ6's but these settings will work with any DQ6 BIOS as I have used them with all the BIOS for the Board. These are the Main BIOS Settings you should be concerned with when Overclocking, any other settings should be pretty much standard or to your likings.
Any higher than 3.01Ghz & your on your own and it will more than likely involve some Voltage setting changes. I haven't gone any higher than 3.01Ghz on my DQ6's & Q6600's because it's to hot out now and they run comfortably at that speed with aftermarket fan's installed, this winter I will go for more though.
Get a good Quad CPU Temprature Monitor such as Core Temp [http://www.thecoolest.zerobrains.com/CoreTemp/] to Monitor your CPU Temp's. Anything higher than 60c-65c and I would look into getting a better CPU Cooler, 60c-65c is even higher than I like them to run but they will run at that Temp just fine. Mine run between 45c & 70c depending on the cooler they have and where they are located in the room.

Once you see the BIOS Screen Press Ctrl & while holding down Ctrl to Press F1 too,
this will allow you to see some extra Settings in the BIOS under [MB INTELLIGENT TWEAKER (M.I.T)]
that you won't see unless you do that first ...

Thanks Poorboy, I'll give a try. I'll let you know how it's running.
I just can't believe how this quad core is preforming. In fact, it is out producing two duel core AMD 6000+ and a FX-60 combined. WOW these things are crunching machines that are well worth the money. Intel sure has a winner here. AMD better get off their a**
Have you Overclocked it yet, and if you did how high ... ???
I am walking it up slowly. Right now it is at 304 on the FSB which is 2.74 Ghz and not a skip. This also on Windows Vista x64. Oh yes, it's running a temp at 51 C.
I couldn't get Core Temp to run on it because it stated that it could't load the driver:sad5:. So I'm using SpeedFan 4.32
Did you try both versions 0.94 & 0.95, I think some PC's have trouble with 0.95. I know I have to use 0.94 on some of my PC's because 0.95 reboots the PC when I start Core Temp up ...
