Get a good Quad CPU Temprature Monitor such as Core Temp [http://www.thecoolest.zerobrains.com/CoreTemp/] to Monitor your CPU Temp's. Anything higher than 60c-65c and I would look into getting a better CPU Cooler, 60c-65c is even higher than I like them to run but they will run at that Temp just fine. Mine run between 45c & 70c depending on the cooler they have and where they are located in the room.

I just can't believe how this quad core is preforming. In fact, it is out producing two duel core AMD 6000+ and a FX-60 combined. WOW these things are crunching machines that are well worth the money. Intel sure has a winner here. AMD better get off their a**

I am walking it up slowly. Right now it is at 304 on the FSB which is 2.74 Ghz and not a skip. This also on Windows Vista x64. Oh yes, it's running a temp at 51 C.
Cool, I've bumped mine up just a Tad to 340FSB @ 3.06Ghz, I actually lowered the CPU Voltage on the DQ6 Board to 1.285V from 1.3000V ... The CPU runs cooler and it's still Stable, been running them all like that for 3 day's now without any problems ... :)Quote:

Did you try both versions 0.94 & 0.95, I think some PC's have trouble with 0.95. I know I have to use 0.94 on some of my PC's because 0.95 reboots the PC when I start Core Temp up ...
