Good luck everybody. I hope the games are a huge success and above all that no ar$eholes threaten the safety of the athletes, officials or spectators.
ps. I think Australia will come 4th in the total medal tally behind USA, Russia and China but UK and Germany might make it a good challenge.
It was a good opening show with no terrorist troubles :) .
The GB squad is the smallest for year. I'll be happy with a couplle of golds. Paula Radcliff will be one of them for sure.

What'd ya get?
Monique "the wife" got me 4 shirts and some cologne. Her parents got me a 12 volt cordless drill with a set of titanium drill bits. My family is getting the windows on my jeep tinted, and hopefully in a few weeks i'll get an alarm.... I guess I didn't do too bad. I have officially stoped all birthday's after this one. I refuse to get any older. 25 is where I stop. No offense to anyone over 25. :lol:
