Hey guys, sorry for being absent such a long time, exams coming up, random book throwing tantrums, etc.
One thing that cheers me up though is that the british pound is almost equal to the euro now, so its time to do some deals. does anyone of you guys know of good online shops in the uk for buying televisions, computer parts, etc that ship to belgium?

What are you looking for Frederic? Are you sure there isn't in stores near you, in Belgium?
Here in Portugal I believe there are no retailers selling Opterons. They simply seem to not be distributed here for some reason. All kinds of AMD processors are widely available in stores, but opterons have to be ordered from stores in Spain, or UK for example.
Hrum. look at all those UK guys come running. shame shame.
Well, being an ex-pat myself, I should make a stand.
The fastest way for you to help yourself on this one is to jump into http://www.google.co.uk
Then under the text field select the "Pages from UK" radio button
Then enter some text like "uk online computer store"
Similar story with http://uk.yahoo.com
select the "UK only" radio button on the right site of the text field
and away you go.
worked for me - lots of UK results.

Neo, everything I want I can get in Belgium, thing is that the GB pound has devaluated and is now equal to the euro, also the VAT in the UK has been lowered to 15%. Everything is now cheaper in the uk because of the exchange rates and the lower VAT. I'm after an LCD TV and some other stuff, and it will save me heaps if I buy in the uk, thing is I cant find any uk shops that ship to belgium :(
